Dilemma working mother has not moved from the issue of flexibility of time and balancing work and personal life and career. When mothers work are able to have control over the work, free to manage his time, success can be achieved. Nani Koespriani, Secretary General of the Society of Human Resource Management (PMSM) Indonesia said that success in her career is to have control over the work. Have flexible time to complete work undertaken on the basis of responsibility.

Nani, who had occupied the chair head of the division since the age of 29 and won the position of director at the age of 35, insists anyone can have control over the job, working with flexi-time, regardless of the level of his career. That is, not only the position of boss who could have control over the work, the freedom of time in work.
"Anyone can find a place to work as long as appropriate, and be professional. What is important to work 40 hours a week. To run in a professional job requires responsibilities. Running a job with a conscience. Whoever can get the freedom of time in work, but if he no responsibility, stealing time, he becomes a professional, "said Nani, who now works as a Commissioner of PT Agung Automall.
Personal competence if not coupled with responsibility and work with a conscience, will not be able to achieve the trust, including the freedom of time in work.
According to Nani, there are a number of factors that determines a person can have control over their work, gain flexibility in completing the work time each day. Among them, the culture of organizations (companies, agencies, nongovernmental organizations) in which you work. Other factors that also determine the maturity level of the organization, and organizational systems are already standard.
That is, if you work in a mature company, with a clear organizational management systems, supported by an appropriate work culture, you are very likely to have flexi-time work. A number of large companies and multinational proven successful running of this system and work culture.
"The system also determines the standard already. You have a flexi-time in the works but also reported a job with a clear system, no written rules governing the reporting of such work. Flexible but there is a clear written rules," said Nani.
